Q. What if I need more information on a role before applying?

A. Please email any questions you have to the key contact who will get back to you.

Q. How long will it take for someone to respond to my application?

A. You should hear back within one week.

Q. What are the next steps for my application?

A. You will first receive an acknowledgement email. You may then receive follow up questions or a request for a call. Once all applicants have been considered you will receive confirmation whether you have secured the role.

Q. How long are positions open for?

A. Some roles need to be filled quickly. Others are more open ended and take longer to fill once the right candidate is identified.

Q. Are these roles paid?

A. No. These are volunteer roles and are not paid. Neither do they constitute employment or an offer of employment.

Q. Do I need to be physically close to a Center or Group to volunteer?

A. It depends. Some roles require a physical presence while others can be done remotely. If it is not clear from the role description please request clarification.
